For items purchased within the last six months, repairs are free of charge, you only pay for shipping. For purchases over six months old, additional fees based on shipping, labor, and material costs may apply.

To request a repair, please use our repair request page (https://celestialrex.com/request-form/) and fill in all the required fields to the best of your knowledge.

You will be asked for:

• Telephone number
• Email Address
• Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
• A brief description of the problem

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and discuss the repair with you and any potential costs before providing instructions on sending the ring to us for repair.

If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us on our Return/Exchange page (https://celestialrex.com/request-form/). We need your help by starting communication, we cannot guarantee acceptance of any returns or exchanges if we haven’t heard from you. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 14 days of receipt of your order.

Once we received your request and approve the return or exchange, we will provide instructions on how to send the ring to us. Any and all return/exchange shipping is paid by the buyer (unless due to our error), we need it to be shipped insured with tracking and send us the tracking number.

Upon arrival of our returned ring, it will be inspected for damage and wear. Any items that show signs of wear, damaged or altered since you received the ring will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damage or “Acts of God” while your purchase is not in our possession. Returns & Exchanges that do not contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.

• For Returns: If your return is approved, then your refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed based on the date the return was initiated:
  • For returns initiated within 3 Days of order, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days or your exchange will be shipped out.
  • For returns initiated within 5 Days of Receipt, you will be provided with store credit.
  • For returns initiated between 6 and 30 Days of Receipt, you will be provided with store credit minus up to a 40% restocking fee.
• For Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, then you will be issued a PayPal invoice for shipping fees. Once the shipping fees are received, your new ring will be shipped out.

If the ring received is the wrong size due to our error there is no cost to make you a new ring once we receive the error back. The new ring will be one of our top priorities to be made and shipped back to you ASAP (we aim for 4 weeks). In the event that you need to remade due to an error on your side (rings cannot be resized but another must be made) we have 2 options.

1)Buy another one at 25% off and keep both.

2)Ship back the wrong size and pay 25% of a new ring for a resize fee. We are able to do that with the hope of reselling the wrong sized ring as an in stock item and splitting the burden with you.

Return/Exchange Restrictions:

• If your ring was custom manufactured (engraving, custom materials, sizes, alterations, etc.) – restocking fees and restrictions may apply, as we are unable to restock jewelry items that are customized or previously worn.
• Any and all items listed as ‘Clearance’ are sold as is with our standard warranty, however, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Satisfaction is our goal, and we do our best to work on each customer on case-by-case basis to develop solutions for return & exchange requests.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 3 days of ordering and we will provide you a full refund to your original payment method, unless:

• The order has gone into production or was customized
• The order required order of special materials.

Each Celestial Rex™ ring is hand made to order and is expected to ship 8 weeks from the date of order. Custom orders are the most common exception to this, however when we design your custom we will explain your order's shipping needs.

We do offer rush services in special circumstances, so please reach out if you're in a hurry and we will see what we can do. (Some charges may apply)

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by their country. Please check with your local authorities to confirm taxes and fees before ordering.

When USPS (or other Mail Carrier) sends us the delivery confirmation, it means that it has been delivered. Coming or going. We ship insured and require return shipping from customers to be insured.

If we are accidentally given the wrong address and it is shipped back to us, we will contact you 3 times to get the proper address. After that we will hold the item for 30 days from date of sale, if you haven’t reached out to us in that time, we will issue a 60% refund for standard orders, with the remaining 40% going to restocking fee. No refunds are available for custom orders.
